Community Vendors

Vendors located in Cooke County, or 21 miles from Heritage Park.

• No pre-approval is necessary.

• No restrictions on what you can sell. (No alcohol)

• More than one vendor may be able to sell similar items.

• Must meet local health and event guidelines.

• Signup begins Dec. 2nd. The vendor location will be a first come first serve basis. You will be required to signup in person at City Hall, once payment is made you can choose your own vendor location off the map.

Outside Vendors

Vendors approved by the GermanFest board outside the vendor radius.

• Must pre-apply via email, in person, or mail.

• Applications will be approved bi-weekly after Jan. 1st by the GermanFest board.

• First come first serve on applications accepted. We will limit the number of “copy-cat” vendors, meaning we will try to assure there are not multiple vendors selling the same products (example: Boys Scouts primary product is hamburgers, there will not be 2 hamburger vendors). Some products will assuredly be sold by multiple, but we will not allow 2 primary same vendors.

• Once approved and payment is made, they will be allowed to select their vendor location.
